We understand that sometimes communications via email, phone or the project manager are just not enough. In cases like that, we are happy to allocate extra time for a Skype meeting/consultation.

Minimum 48-hour cancellations (via email) are required for a full refund. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $55 will be charged. If the session runs over your pre-booked time of 1 or 2 hours, Torquay Web Design will issue an invoice for the extra time spent.

Bookings are required to secure your preferred date and time. Bookings close 3 days before the session starts.
